Hi, I’m Kris. I know that beginning therapy can feel daunting, and I deeply respect the courage it takes to take that first step. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and never alone in what you’re facing.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent many years as a first responder and working in healthcare. Those experiences gave me a deep appreciation for the toll that stress, trauma, and ongoing pressure can take on our mental and emotional health — and the importance of having a safe place to process and heal.
In sessions, I bring a grounded, compassionate presence and view therapy as a true partnership. Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you and gently work toward new perspectives, tools, and growth at a pace that feels right for you.
When I’m not at the clinic, you’ll likely find me walking my dog, practicing yoga, or swimming in whatever lake, river, or ocean I come across. Staying connected to nature helps me recharge and stay balanced.
