You’ve spent your whole life being the strong one. It’s time you had someone in your corner too. Some mornings you’re not sure you slept at all, and the day ahead already feels like a mountain you’ll never reach the top of. You show up at work, in your relationship, with your friends, playing the part of someone who has it together, because admitting otherwise feels like admitting you’re failing. Underneath the exhaustion isn’t just anxiety or overwhelm, it’s your self-confidence and your sense of who you are, and you’re tired of over-explaining feelings that keep getting minimized by people who don’t get it.
I’m not the therapist who sits back and lets you fill the silence. I’ll hold space when you need it, and I’ll also tell you exactly what I’m seeing, because most of my clients tell me they want to be led, not just listened to. I move slowly and repeat what matters until it actually lands, and once we’ve built trust, expect humor, the occasional well-placed swear, and a therapist who shows up with enough confidence in the work that you can trust where it’s headed. I use a lot of visualization, especially comparing the version of you that’s stuck to the version you’re building. That comparison work comes straight from years spent coaching high-performance athletes, where mindset is everything and self-doubt gets spotted fast. I know what it takes to build someone back up, because I do this work in the equestrian ring as much as I do it in session, and because I’ve worked through my own stuck points with grief, anxiety, and perfectionism, not around them.
Before therapy, I spent years in non-profit and private sector social services, watching where the mental health field left people underserved, which is exactly what pushed me to do this work differently. I love working with women, teen girls, and young girls specifically, and I love watching someone become the version of themselves they couldn’t quite see yet, the way a few mentors once did for me. I also work with couples ready to do the harder, slower work of rebuilding trust and communication together. I see clients virtually & in person in Newmarket, and I’m accepting new clients now.
Outside the therapy room, you’ll find me at the farm with my horses, Flip and Laylah, or at the cottage with my partner Brian, unplugged and completely off the clock. If you’re done playing the part of someone who has it all figured out, book a free 15-minute consultation call.

A Little About Me
You’ll usually find me decompressing with my horses or getting my hands dirty in the garden. Quality time with my partner, friends, and family is essential to my wellbeing, and I believe that understanding what fills your cup is crucial to the healing process.
