Reaching out for support can feel like one of the hardest steps you’ll take, and I do not take this for granted. I’m Kirsten and I’m truly honored that you’re considering letting me be part of your journey.

My goal is both simple and powerful: creating a safe, judgment-free space where you can grow and heal in ways that feel meaningful and lasting. We’ll work together to develop skills that empower you, drawing from CBT, Existential Therapy, and EFT approaches. But beyond techniques, I bring genuine care and deep respect for your unique story.

Living with anxiety myself, I understand the vital importance of finding coping strategies that actually fit your lifestyle and bring you joy. You’ll usually find me decompressing with my horses or getting my hands dirty in the garden. Quality time with my partner, friends, and family is essential to my wellbeing, and I believe that understanding what fills your cup is crucial to the healing process.
