By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. SMS Messaging & A2P Compliance

Kiru Wellness Clinic Inc. offers mobile messaging services for appointment reminders, customer support, and service updates.

  • Consent: By providing your phone number and opting in through our web forms or check-in processes, you represent that you are the owner of the mobile device and explicitly consent to receive text messages.

  • Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to our number, +1 647-277-9146. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

  • Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly at hello@kirupsychotherapy.com.

  • Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our clinic.

3. Privacy & Data Handling

Your privacy is important to us. Our use of your personal information, including mobile information, is governed by our Privacy Policy.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. Services and Appointments

Kiru Wellness Clinic Inc. provides psychotherapy and wellness services. Appointments must be scheduled through our authorized channels. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel appointments at our sole discretion in accordance with professional and ethical guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Kiru Wellness Clinic Inc. and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Kiru Wellness Clinic Inc.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Kiru Wellness Clinic Inc. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
