I’m Christa, and I believe that seeking therapy is one of the most courageous things you can do. Life throws us unexpected challenges, but you don’t have to navigate them alone.
What matters most to me is meeting you exactly where you are on your journey. Whether anxiety is keeping you up at night, your relationships feel strained, or you’re facing a major life transition, I’m here to support you through it all. I blend evidence-based approaches like CBT, EFT, and Family Systems Therapy in ways that feel natural and authentic to your unique situation.
Creating art is my meditation; it keeps me centered and reminds me of the healing power of expression. I’m passionate about youth work, which continually shows me the incredible resilience we all carry within us. When I’m not at the clinic, you’ll find me spending quality time with my family or getting lost in a fascinating podcast.
