Whatever has brought you here, you’ve taken a courageous step. I’m Nadia, and whether you’re navigating growing up, feeling overwhelmed by life responsibilities, or working through relationship difficulties, acknowledging you need support and seeking therapy requires real self-awareness and bravery.
Creating a space where you feel genuinely safe, heard, and supported is my priority. I believe in active listening, deep empathy, and cultural sensitivity because the many layers of your identity are what make you beautifully unique. Your story matters, and I’m here to honour all of it.
I’m especially passionate about helping children and teens better understand themselves and strengthen their relationships. There’s something incredible about watching young people discover their voice and build confidence. I also love supporting adults facing anxiety, life transitions, or relationship challenges. Whether working with individuals, couples, or families, everything I do is built on trust and meaningful connection.
As a lifelong learner and mother of two, empathy, open-mindedness, and active listening are core values that help me connect meaningfully with others. I’m a firm believer in self-care and self-compassion, and you’ll often find me spending time with my family, getting outdoors with our dogs, or learning from the amazing stories of the people around me.
