Whatever brought you here today, you’re in the right place. I’m Nicole, and I believe that everyone deserves a safe harbor where they can explore, heal, and rediscover their inner strength.

Asking for help isn’t weakness, it’s one of the bravest acts of self-care. Having walked this path myself, I approach every client with deep compassion and understanding. Sometimes we develop coping strategies that once served us well but aren’t working anymore, and that’s completely normal. Together, we can build healthier ways of navigating life’s complexities.

The piano is my sanctuary, and it’s where I go to recharge and find my center. I also love reading and experimenting with new cooking recipes. I cherish quiet moments with my husband and our three dogs. We enjoy riding our bikes, and I believe it is important to holistically take care of our health by exercising and resting our body, soul, and mind.

Professional Background: Nicole holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Counselling from Tyndale University. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Music from the University of Toronto. Prior to this, Nicole worked extensively on multiple research projects at the University of Toronto, primarily researching the impact of music on mental health.
