Beginning therapy can feel like a vulnerable step, and I am committed to creating a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and accepted.
I believe that therapy is a collaborative process rooted in empathy, curiosity, and authenticity. Together, we’ll explore the thoughts, emotions, and experiences that have shaped your life while building insight, resilience, and meaningful change. I tailor my approach to your unique needs, recognizing that healing looks different for everyone.
I work with adults, couples, families, and children (10+) experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My goal is to foster a trusting therapeutic relationship where you feel supported and empowered to move toward your goals at a pace that feels right for you.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy staying active through fitness and sports, spending time with family and friends, and connecting with nature.
