The problem isn’t a lack of insight. It’s that insight hasn’t translated into change.
You may already understand yourself better than most people.
You’ve reflected deeply.
You’ve noticed patterns.
You’ve named triggers, habits, and emotional loops.
And still, certain reactions keep happening automatically.
Your mind escalates before you can slow it down.
Emotions surge faster than your capacity to regulate.
Old self-stories override what you know to be true.
Self-criticism appears even when you’re doing your best.
This isn’t about intelligence, motivation, or effort.
It’s about the level at which change is actually happening.
Most approaches offer either understanding or tools.
Lasting cognitive and emotional change requires both insight and structured intervention, applied consistently over time.
That’s the gap this program was designed to address.
WHAT IS THE COGNITIVE FREEDOM PROGRAM?
The Cognitive Freedom Program is a 12-week psychotherapy-based pathway designed to help you transform at the level where patterns actually live, not just where they can be explained.
It integrates insight-oriented psychology with evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), combining understanding with clinical application so change becomes embodied, not just conceptual.
Each week, you explore a specific internal pattern through structured teaching and then work with a Licensed Psychotherapist to apply a focused CBT intervention aligned to that insight.
From here, the program unfolds through a clear, steady rhythm that supports real cognitive and emotional change over time.
INSURANCE & BENEFITS COVERAGE
Weekly psychotherapy sessions in the Cognitive Freedom Program are provided by a Licensed Psychotherapist and are billed as standard psychotherapy services.
Most extended health insurance plans cover psychotherapy. After each session, you’ll receive a receipt that you can submit to your insurer, depending on your plan and coverage.
If you’re unsure whether psychotherapy is covered under your benefits, we recommend checking directly with your provider.
If you have administrative questions about billing or structure, our team is happy to help clarify before you begin.
Coverage varies by plan.
HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
The Cognitive Freedom Program follows a clear, intentional structure designed to support real and lasting change. Each part of the program plays a specific role, and together they create a cohesive therapeutic process.
The program has three essential components.
1. Weekly Insight-Based Teaching
Each week begins with a pre-recorded teaching focused on one core psychological principle. These teachings help you understand how thoughts, emotions, urges, and identity patterns form and why certain patterns repeat.
The goal of the teaching is clarity. You learn to see your internal experience more accurately, without judgment or overwhelm.
2. Weekly Psychotherapy Sessions
You attend a psychotherapy session with a Licensed Psychotherapist. Each session focuses on one specific Cognitive Behavioral Therapy intervention that aligns directly with that week’s teaching.
This is where insight becomes applied. The therapy sessions provide structure, containment, and clinical support so change happens gradually and sustainably.
The teaching builds understanding.
The therapy supports change.
3. Monthly Live Educational Group Calls
Once a month, you are invited to join a live group call focused on education and integration. These calls provide space to ask questions, clarify concepts, and deepen understanding of the material.
The live calls are educational rather than clinical and are designed to support learning and momentum without adding pressure.
How These Pieces Work Together
Each week follows a steady rhythm:
- You learn a principle
- You apply it therapeutically
- You reflect and integrate over time
This structure allows insight to move beyond intellectual understanding and become something you can rely on in daily life.
WHY THIS PROGRAM WORKS
- Insight without structure doesn’t change patterns.
- Tools without understanding don’t change identity.
- Lasting internal change requires both.
The Cognitive Freedom Program is intentionally built on this integration.
Insight creates awareness.
You learn how your thoughts, emotions, urges, and self-stories form and why they repeat.
Structure creates change.
Each psychotherapy session focuses on one specific CBT intervention, keeping the work contained, measurable, and effective.
Repetition creates new pathways.
Week by week, patterns are interrupted and replaced through consistent application.
Integration creates stability.
Monthly live calls support reflection, clarification, and consolidation of learning.
This is not random or open-ended work.
It is a deliberate system designed to change the internal architecture that drives your experience.
